Michael Conner is a mid-west farm boy who grew up watching the sunsets over the Kansas wheat fields know there is so much more in life.  After his bachelor of arts from Ottawa University, he ventured out to Boston to obtain his Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  His leadership and innate understanding of how people live and work brought him to serve 2 churches; one in the Adirondacks and then to start a church in a Pittsburgh suburb.  It was there he began to understand how marketing and assimilation to an idea/product worked as they church grew from 6 to over 130 in 18 months.

Michael left professional ministry and began working in IT teaching employees how to use PCs in the transition from the old green screens.  He obtained his Project Management Professional certification in 2000 and is one of the longest continually certified PMPs in the world.

Michael rose in his career to positions of significant leadership, including:

• Sr. Manager for PwC’s travel department, managing $500M annual travel spend and developing one of the first phone apps to book travel. 
• Sr. Program Manager at Nielsen where his team was recognized as one of the top High Performing teams and he developed KPI Dashboards for European grocery markets.
• Chief of Staff at Fiserv, working with the team in the integration of Fiserv and First Data in a $20B acquisition

Having excelled in the corporate world, Michael now brings his experience to helping small business owners to grow and achieve their dreams.  He owns his ActionCOACH franchise with a vision to be the premier business coach for all Georgia and to bring abundance to business owners, their staff and communities!
